LL3 — General Rules & Service Policies

• Registration & Booking: All clients must complete the required information and agreements through our official Under Da Umbrella booking system before services begin.

• Booking Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is generally required to secure an appointment unless otherwise stated during booking. Your appointment is not confirmed until the required payment is received.

• Appointment Times: Sessions begin at the scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time. Please arrive on time and prepared.

• Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposit credits, forfeitures, and rescheduling eligibility are determined by the terms of your booking agreement.

• Payment Methods: All service payments must be completed electronically through our approved payment system. Cash payments are not accepted for services.

• Receipts & Client Portal: Digital receipts, invoices, agreements, project updates, and available files can be accessed through your Under Da Umbrella customer portal.

• Project Revisions: The number of included revisions depends on the selected service or package. Additional revisions may result in extra charges, which will be discussed before proceeding.

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change. Additional services, special requests, or project modifications may affect the final cost. Any applicable charges will be disclosed before approval.

• Food & Beverages: Food and drinks are not permitted near studio equipment. Bottled water and small snacks may be allowed in designated areas.

• Guests: Additional guests must be approved before your appointment. Only individuals involved in the scheduled session should attend unless otherwise authorized.

• Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the studio or business premises.

• Professional Conduct: We maintain a professional and respectful environment. All clients and guests are expected to respect our staff, equipment, property, and one another.

• Final Payments & Deliverables: All outstanding balances must be paid before final project files, photographs, recordings, or other completed deliverables are released, unless otherwise agreed.
